When you request the Crowdfund Portal Comparison Study or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, company name and website, state, fundraising amount and timeline, industry and any message. Our web server also records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

How we use it

• To deliver the study and respond to your request
• To contact you, with your consent, about Nvest’s planned services and its registration status
• To gauge interest in Nvest’s planned services while its registration is pending
• To protect the website against spam and abuse, and to comply with law

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How we share it

We share information only with service providers that help us operate this website and email (bound to use it only for us), when required by law or regulators, or in connection with a merger or sale of our business. Nvest will not share your information with issuers or other platforms without your consent.

Retention and security

We keep request information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing funding@nvest.us. Every email we send will include a way to opt out.

After registration

If Nvest’s funding portal registration is granted, Nvest will adopt a privacy notice meeting the requirements that apply to registered funding portals (including SEC Regulation S-P) and will post it here before opening investor or issuer accounts.
