Nvest is not currently registered with the SEC, is not a member of FINRA, and is not licensed to act as an intermediary in any securities offering. This website and all information on it are provided for “test the waters” informational purposes only, to gauge interest in Nvest’s planned services. Nvest cannot engage clients, accept any fees, host any offering, or accept any investment until its registration is granted, and there is no assurance that registration will be granted. Pricing and services described are planned and subject to change.
